What you will be doing

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for MRO materials and CapEx projects to support operational and capital initiatives.

Identify cost-saving opportunities, drive efficiency, compliance, and sustainability in sourcing activities.

Supplier management and negotiation: build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements for short-term projects and long-term needs.

Project collaboration and cross-functional coordination: partner with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to support CapEx and MRO procurement and ensure timelines and budgets are met.

Act as a liaison for managing timelines, budgets, and specifications for capital projects and ongoing operational needs.

Risk management and market analysis: monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and identify opportunities; develop contingency plans for critical requirements.

Continuous improvement: drive process improvements, measure supplier performance using analytics, and improve procurement efficiency.

Compliance and sustainability: ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals for MRO and CapEx procurement.

If visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and food safety compliance.

Complete FSQA training to support plant food safety and quality objectives.

Promptly report food safety hazards, deviations, or non-conformities according to role responsibilities.

Contribute to the company’s Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in MRO or CapEx categories.

Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and deliver cost savings.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making experience.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Experience in food manufacturing or related industries.

Familiarity with sourcing tools/software and capital expenditure management practices.

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale CapEx projects or optimizing MRO procurement processes.
