This team is charged with deeply understanding challenges and opportunities in the *West and Mid-West geographies* and bringing that market intelligence to bear to ensure we are investing in high impact programs with demonstrable outcomes and with partners to advance socioeconomic mobility in the community while maximizing impact for Capital One’s reputation and business agenda* Bachelor’s degree or military experience* At least 2 years of experience in project management, process management, project delivery, or any combination of the three* At least 3 years of experience managing products or programs within community impact, public affairs, external engagement, or social impact* Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification* At least 1 year of experience working in a for-profit company* At least 3 years of experience working with nonprofits or startups on large-scale social impact projects* At least 2 years of experience in budget management* Experience working in financial services, technology, government, nonprofit or other regulated industries* Proven ability to assess product or program effectiveness through data analysis and performance metrics* Experience expanding products or programs across diverse business sectors or geographical regions* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and data-driven storytellingCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
