What We’re Offering

Total Annual Earning Potential: $100,000+ in your first year including bonuses!

Base Salary: $80,000 to $87,000 based on experience, skills, and geography

Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus, plus attainable monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)!

Hybrid Role: Combination of in-person supervision (in-home, school, and/or center-based) and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of in-home cases

Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks, including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments. Our Clinical Development team offers weekly office hours or 1:1 support, as needed.

Education and Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, annual in-house conference, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives

Some Benefits Highlights: 23 days off annually between holidays (including 1 floating holiday) and 15 days of PTO accruing from Day 1

Flexible Schedule: Mon-Fri mornings and afternoons up to 6pm most nights, with one to two evenings per week until 8:30pm. No Saturday work unless you opt for make-up sessions. You’re in full control!

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead by example and support Behavior Technicians through supervision and guidance to ensure treatment plans are implemented reliably and with fidelity.

Drive positive change by conducting FBAs and developing ABA programs, evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and solving problems to help clients reach their potential.

Remain calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and pursue opportunities for growth.

Lead with initiative and openness; proactively communicate and foster a collaborative, safe environment for learning.

What We’re Looking For

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Note: This position requires a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV during onboarding (we will cover costs).
