Our client is a powerhouse General Contractor and Construction Management firm based in Alabama. They have an annual revenue exceeding $1B spread across their three divisions of Federal, Commercial, and Industrial with work across the nation. That being said, the company has an immense pipeline of work in the Mobile, AL area and are seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager to run a manufacturing warehouse and research facility in that area. Although this client is a large firm with thousands of employees nationwide, they have subcultures that allow project teams and regional personnel to remain friendly and personable. The Senior Project Manager will: Provide overall leadership to entire project team Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential. Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors. Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements. Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule Manage budget and financial reporting Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget. Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program. The successful Senior Project Manager will have the following: 15+ years' experience in Commercial Construction Project Management Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred Experience with Tilt-Wall / Industrial Construction is a major advantage OSHA certification preferred Proficient in project management software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to self-manage and willingness to work in a remote capacity What\'s on Offer
