MCX is seeking a dynamic and strategic

Business Operations Manager

to lead and optimize core business processes across multiple business units within MCX. This role requires a strong foundation in supply demand planning process and project management, advanced data analytics, leading business decision cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, influence strategic decisions, and lead initiatives that improve forecasting accuracy, supply chain efficiency, and business performance. Key Responsibilities

Lead Capacity Planning BU Execution Own and evolve the wafer start BU approval process based on forecast and foundry capacity to support customer demand, company’s financial target and minimize E&O risk Understand key customer demand dynamic and chipset product roadmap across MCX (Mobile, Compute, XR, WMW) and TPE (Small Cell, Infrastructure) business unit Work closely with Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Finance from Business Operations perspective on capacity planning, wafer start, and oversight strategic sourcing planning, supplier agreement obligation Strategic Planning & Execution Partner with senior stakeholders in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, Sales Ops, IT, and Regional Sales to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business growth Data-Driven Decision Support Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Deliver actionable insights through scenario modeling, KPI dashboards, and executive-level reporting Process Optimization & Innovation Identify and implement process and tools improvements across forecasting and supply planning. Champion automation and tool enhancements to improve accuracy and reduce latency Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Foster collaborative discussion across different function team to ensure timely communication of priorities, risks, and results Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience. OR Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 9+ years of business operations or related experience. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in strategic demand and supply planning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and Tableau proficiency Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence at all levels Background in Sourcing, Finance, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Collaborative mindset with strong organizational and planning capabilities Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable impact EEO Employer:

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits : $122,400.00 - $183,600.00 The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
