Business Development Representative
will be focused on growing the Krayden composite business. They will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships, closing new business, and providing expert technical support to our customers. The Business Development Representative will also be the lead composite support expert for a geographical aligned team of Technical Sales Representatives. Job Responsibilities
Identify and map business strengths and customer needs. Develop growth strategy and plan for their assigned industries and territories. Manage and retain relationships with key accounts. Work with Technical Sales Representatives to implement the growth strategies and plans. Identify and close new opportunities. Train Technical Sales Representatives on the key factors of composite industry and product lines. Increase customer base for the branded products assigned. Have knowledge of business products and value-added products. Report on success and areas needing improvement. Perform other duties as assigned. Perform duties to AS/ISO and applicable accounting procedures and regulations. Skills
5+ years of experience in composites, fiberglass, or adhesives. Advanced technical knowledge in manufacturing or engineering. Experience in the Aerospace industry a plus. Self-motivated. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel 50-60% of time.
