Transformation Director – Digital Procurement Process Lead , you will serve as the connection between strategy and execution. You will lead the design, storytelling, and delivery of our digital procurement transformation agenda—translating complex initiatives into clear executive narratives, aligning global workstreams, and ensuring our roadmap delivers meaningful impact across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Integration
Serve as the central orchestrator across Digital Procurement workstreams, ensuring alignment, integration, and progress toward strategic outcomes. Translate strategic objectives into clear, connected roadmaps that resonate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Oversee program governance, milestone tracking, and risk management to ensure accountability and delivery at scale.
Executive Content & Storytelling
Shape the narrative for executive updates, board-level reviews, and global leadership forums—distilling complex data and initiatives into clear, compelling stories. Partner with senior leaders to prepare content that highlights business impact, fosters alignment, and builds momentum for transformation. Ensure communications reinforce the vision for Digital Procurement while connecting progress to PepsiCo’s broader enterprise transformation.
Process & Capability Transformation
Lead efforts to analyze, optimize, and standardize digital procurement processes across global operations. Champion user-centered design and adoption of new tools and ways of working, embedding a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Collaborate with capability teams and technology partners to identify and integrate innovative digital solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
Act as a trusted advisor and connector across Global Procurement, Functions, Sectors, and Business Units. Bring external insights on best practices and emerging trends to shape PepsiCo’s future-state procurement model. Build trusted relationships with senior executives, ensuring alignment of priorities and sustained sponsorship for the transformation agenda.
Own: Creation of long-term digital roadmap Identify innovative technologies to meet the needs of Procurement Establish and track KPIs tied to user experience, compliance, and productivity. Influence: Short-term digital roadmap Continuous improvement opportunities Technology adoption Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually. And an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period. Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
