Overview
Hiring Range: $88,316-$110,395. The maximum pay for this position is $132,474. Schedule: Exact work hours are flexible based on the employee’s needs, but in general, the work hours are 8 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday. Your Impact Will Include
Operational Excellence:
Monitoring all terminal activities and coordinating with partners like the TSA, airlines, and tenants to ensure efficiency and safety. Business Growth:
Planning and writing RFPs, managing leases, and identifying new business opportunities to enhance airport services and revenue. Strategic Leadership:
Assisting with budget development, federal compliance, and the creation of operational policies and procedures. Community Engagement:
Serving as a public face for the airport, managing media relations, and building strong local and corporate partnerships. Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in airline or airport management preferred. Five years of progressively responsible airport or airline management experience preferred. Solid knowledge of terminal operations, contract administration, and public relations. Demonstrated success in leadership, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
