Has 24/7 responsibility for the overall planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling of the security functions of the institution to ensure the safety and well-being of all patients, employees, physicians, and visitors. Qualifications
Job Duties/Responsibilities Requirements: 5 years Security Director experience in a hospital setting required Knowledge of pertinent regulatory laws, National Fire Protection requirements, DCRA regulations, CMS; TJC regulations High School Diploma Associate’s Degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred Written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills. Basic organizational and computer skills.
