ECU Health Duplin Hospital, located in Kenansville, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced ABEM certified physician to work in their Emergency Department. New providers will need to come in the day before scheduled call for orientation. Job Description Location: Kenansville, NC Opportunity Criteria Specialty: Emergency Medicine Candidate Type: MD, DO Visas Accepted: No J-1 or H-1B Loan Repayment: Not Specified Salary Range: Not Specified Employment Type: Locum Tenens Bonus Offered: None Coverage Needed December Shifts: AM 7:30a-7:30p - 29, 30, PM 7:30p-7:30a - 23, 26, 27 Details Will accept EM physicians and IM/FM physicians with emergency medicine experience and required certifications Inpatient only - will only accept candidates with ED inpatient experience within the last 12 months. Required certifications if IM/FM trained (no exceptions): ACLS, ATLS, PALS ED has 15 total beds New ED renovation Minor Emergency section newly opened (fast track)- 12 hours daily Total inpatient census: 47 acute Average number of ED Patients/Day: 80 Average number of Admissions/Day: 11 Ideally looking for Six to twelve 12-hour shifts per month EPIC ECU Health Duplin Hospital ECU Health Duplin Hospital is an 81-bed hospital located in Kenansville.
