Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Orange County. The BCBA will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and supervision of ABA therapy programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team of professionals.
Responsibilities
Oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to children in home and school settings
Develop programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Progress report writing and case management
Attend bi-weekly clinical meetings
Attend bi-weekly leadership meetings
Provide BST training to Behavior interventionists
Update and maintain BIPs in Central Reach
Conduct FBAs and intakes as needed
Provide supervision and training to BCBA supervisees
Qualifications
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, child development, communication disorders, education, or related field
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Clinical Supervisor
Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Strong clinical skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse communities
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards of practice
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting is preferred
Bilingual proficiency (English/ Spanish) is a plus
