opportunity for a motivated professional ready to lead high-profile environmental projects, drive business development, and directly influence the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage environmental projects with a focus on
CEQA and NEPA
compliance for energy, utility, transmission, and distribution projects Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to clients and project teams Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities Mentor and lead internal teams to ensure project success and technical excellence Work closely with company leadership, with direct reporting to the
C-Suite Requirements Extensive experience managing environmental planning projects under
CEQA and NEPA , ideally within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure space Proven track record as a seller-doer, with experience winning work and expanding client relationships Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects Based in the
Bay Area
with a willingness to engage in both in-person leadership and hybrid collaboration The Opportunity Competitive salary up to
