Job Summary:
Join our team as a Business Intelligence Engineer III, where you will have the opportunity to work on a vast collection of premium programming available across thousands of devices. You will take end-to-end ownership of product, user experience, design, and technology to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. This role involves statistical testing, data mining, model building, and participation in strategic planning discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate the performance of program features and marketing content along measures of customer response, use, conversion, and retention. Conduct statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments. Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health. Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to investigate critical aspects of customer behavior. Employ data mining, model building, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture important trends in the customer base.
Must-Have Skills:
5-8 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets using SQL. Proficiency in dashboarding tools using Tableau or Quicksight Experience with ETL tools.
Industry Experience: Experience in statistics, programming, and marketing is highly desirable, especially within the context of an entertainment or streaming service domain.
