The Skills You Bring Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach A collaborative team player with a positive attitude Outstanding time management abilities Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts, cultivating a culture of curiosity and data-driven insights. Collaborate with Retail leadership to set key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop analytical frameworks that measure performance and identify trends. Translate ambiguous business questions into specific hypotheses and analytical plans, proactively uncovering valuable data insights. Oversee the development and optimization of BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, using tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. Communicate complex analytics and strategic recommendations clearly to diverse audiences through effective storytelling and visualizations. Conduct in-depth analyses using SQL, BI tools, Python, or R to identify growth and optimization opportunities. Design and continuously improve Retail dashboards and reporting suites, ensuring relevance and accuracy. Promote data literacy and best practices in data governance within the Retail unit. Collaborate with central data teams to enhance data models and infrastructure for robust retail analytics. Apply statistical techniques for customer behavior analysis or demand planning as needed. Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively. Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills in a retail context. Experience with data preparation/modeling tools and knowledge of Python or R for analysis. Familiarity with statistical analysis or predictive modeling. Understanding of cloud data warehouses.
