Compensation & Schedule
• Base: $45,000-$70,000 (DOE, licenses)
• Monthly bonus: $500-$1,000 (retention + cross-sell + team goals)
• Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 To 5:00, in-office at Georgetown or Frankfort
What you'll do
• Own client service for Auto/Home/Renters/other P&C: endorsements, billing, claims concierge, renewals
• Run coverage reviews and close gaps ethically (RCEs, ACV vs RC, deductibles, key endorsements)
• Proactively retain & round accounts; document thoroughly; follow carrier/agency compliance
What you'll bring
• Active KY P&C license (required); Life & Health a plus (or willing to obtain-exam/CE support available)
• 2+ years agency CSR experience (State Farm agent office experience is a plus)
• Professional polish, dependable follow-through, and a client-first mindset about protecting property & lives

• Clear path: Senior CSR → Team Lead → (optional) Producer track

Our office is located in Georgetown Kentucky. Our office is open 830 am until 5PM and by appointment. I have been a State Farm agent since 1999. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee. We have 90 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Crystal Excellence Award, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, Bronze Tablet, y New Agent Program Qualifier
