We're expanding our B2B sales team and want someone who already has access to trade clients and is ready to hit the ground running. Role Overview
We are hiring a
Cabinet Sales Representative
(B2B) who brings an existing network of contractors, design firms, architects, kitchen & bath studios, and/or building professionals. This person will use those relationships to introduce Lamont Bros.' cabinetry solutions, win new projects, and become a trusted interface between trade clients and our shop. Key Responsibilities & Expectations Activate your existing book of business : Commit to bringing your clients to Lamont Bros. - contractors, designers, builders, dealers - and converting them into active accounts. Identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities in your territory. Present product lines, finishes, hardware, and design options tailored to client needs. Review architectural plans and drawings; generate accurate takeoffs, proposals, and quotations. Liaise with our production, operations, and installation teams to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. Track and manage your sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics; report to leadership. Represent the company in trade events, design expos, local associations (e.g. AIA, NKBA), client meetings, and site visits. Stay current on industry trends (cabinet materials, hardware, finishing techniques) and competitor offerings. Required Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales in cabinetry, millwork, building products, or related fields. You
must
own an active book of business: established relationships with contractors, designers, architects, builders, or other trade partners in your market. Proven track record of converting relationships into closed revenue (mid-to-high ticket projects). Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction documents, and technical plans. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Comfortable working both in the field (client visits, site meetings) and in coordination with internal teams. Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory. Preferred Skills & Traits Existing relationships in your target geography are a huge plus. Understanding of European frameless cabinetry systems and modern finishes. Experience with design or estimating software (CAD, cabinet estimating tools). Strategic mindset around margins, upsell, and value-add positioning. Self-starter with ability to independently manage your territory and pipeline.
