Subcontract Manager
to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating, managing, and administering subcontracts while ensuring compliance with FAA and federal acquisition requirements. In this position, you will: Lead the negotiation, administration, and management of subcontracts throughout their lifecycle. Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractor communications and issue resolution. Ensure subcontractor compliance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), FAR, and other federal requirements. Collaborate with Contracts, Procurement, and Program Management to align subcontract performance with program objectives. Develop, monitor, and manage subcontractor deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics. Conduct subcontractor evaluations, performance reviews, and audits. Manage cost, schedule, and performance risks, implementing corrective actions as needed. Support proposal efforts, including developing subcontract strategies and cost estimates. Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation and subcontract files. Provide reports and briefings on subcontract performance to program leadership and FAA stakeholders. Preparing and maintaining audit-ready subcontract files in federal environments. Experience supporting multi-subcontractor programs with complex dependencies. Interpret subcontract cost and pricing data. Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance against contractual requirements. Why This Role Matters

As a Subcontract Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring subcontractors deliver on time, within budget, and in compliance with requirements. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship Required. Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance. Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or Masters degree and 6 years or Associate's degree and 10 years experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 12 years experience. Experience in subcontract management. Proven experience in negotiating and administering complex subcontracts. Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR). Familiarity with cost-type, fixed-price, and time & materials subcontract structures. Familiarity with ERP systems or subcontract management tools. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to FAA programs or NAS systems. Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline. Professional certifications such as CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or PMP. Experience supporting FAA NextGen modernization programs or other large-scale aviation initiatives. Background in supplier risk management and performance improvement frameworks. EEO:
