Peraton is seeking a Subcontract Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.The ideal candidate will be responsible fornegotiating, managing, and administering subcontractswhile ensuring compliance with FAA and federal acquisition requirements. In this position, you will: Lead thenegotiation, administration, and managementof subcontracts throughout their lifecycle. Serve as theprimary point of contactfor subcontractor communications and issue resolution. Ensure subcontractor compliance withFAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), FAR, and other federal requirements. Collaborate with Contracts, Procurement, and Program Management toalign subcontract performance with program objectives. Develop, monitor, and managesubcontractor deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics. Conductsubcontractor evaluations, performance reviews, and audits. Managecost, schedule, and performance risks, implementing corrective actions as needed. Support proposal efforts, includingdeveloping subcontract strategies and cost estimates. Prepare and maintainaudit-ready documentation and subcontract files. Provide reports and briefings on subcontract performance to program leadership and FAA stakeholders. preparing and maintainingaudit-ready subcontract filesin federal environments. Experience supportingmulti-subcontractor programswith complex dependencies. Interpret subcontract cost and pricing data. Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance against contractual requirements. As a Subcontract Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring subcontractors deliver on time, within budget, and in compliance with requirements. Your leadership will strengthen supplier performance, and directly enable the FAA to sustain safe and reliable aviation operations nationwide. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship Required. Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance. Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience or Masters degree and 6 years or Associate’s degree and 10 years experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 12 years experience. Experience in subcontract management. Proven experience innegotiating and administering complex subcontracts. Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR). Familiarity withcost-type, fixed-price, and time & materials subcontract structures. Familiarity with ERP systems or subcontract management tools. Preferred Qualifications : Exposure to FAA programs or NAS systems. Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline. Professional certifications such as CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or PMP.

Experience supporting FAA NextGen modernization programs or other large-scale aviation initiatives.

Background in supplier risk management and performance improvement frameworks.

Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
