Success Education Colleges The Director of Registrar Operations oversees and manages all registrar-related functions across SEC campuses, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of academic records. This position supports the academic enterprise through the stewardship of all student records, curriculum records, advancing academic initiatives and creating an administrative structure that supports student success while maintaining a focus on student service. The director collaborates with academic and operational leaders to optimize student services, registration processes, and data reporting systems. The Director of Registrar Operations reports directly to the Chief Academic Officer. Duties And Responsibilities Oversee the management and maintenance of student academic records in compliance with FERPA and institutional policies. Ensure accurate and timely processing of student registration, enrollment, grading, transcripts, and graduation certifications. Develop and implement policies and procedures for registrar operations across all SEC campuses. Collaborate with academic departments to support curriculum changes, scheduling, and course catalog updates. Monitor compliance with institutional, state, and accreditation requirements related to student records and academic operations. Supervise registrar staff and provide training to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Manage student information systems (SIS) and ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. Prepare and submit institutional reports related to enrollment, retention, graduation, and academic progress. Support audits and accreditation visits by maintaining organized and accessible records. Resolve student and faculty concerns related to registration, records, and academic policies. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to institutional initiatives related to student success and academic operations. Stay current with best practices and regulatory changes in registrar operations and higher education administration. Adhere to all college policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in education, business administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of five years of experience in registrar operations or academic administration. Member American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Strong knowledge of FERPA, accreditation standards, and student information systems. Experience managing teams and implementing process improvements. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Success Education Colleges is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
