Responsibilities
Supporting the client by ensuring optimal performance and continued support of the Manufacturing Execution System software. This includes regular monitoring of systems operations, troubleshooting, and identification of problems and their resolution or escalation to ensure interconnected software systems are working as designed, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance assurance, and enabling Data Driven decision making Provide support for Systems Maintenance and Optimization Monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting software performance Adherence to Service Level Agreement requirements Ensuring compliance with system requirements Provide support and collaboration Identifying solutions to streamline manufacturing process issues Collaborating with production teams to ensure seamless integration of and ongoing support applications Providing testing, debugging support, and reporting User support and training Providing training and support to end-users as may be required Addressing user queries, reporting and issue resolution tickets Escalate issues to next level support as needed. Identifying areas for Process Improvement Required
ITAR compliance experience 5 years - expertise with MES software (Aprios preferred, other expertise, such as Rockwell, Siemens Opcenter, Proficy Smart Factory, is acceptable) 3 years - Troubleshooting and customer support experience Ability to travel periodically to client sites within the US, if required Ability to remain calm under pressure Seniority level
