Senior Business Account Executive, SMB Direct Sales – Comcast Join to apply for the Senior Business Account Executive, SMB Direct Sales role at Comcast. Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities. Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to deliver optimal solutions for customers; aim to exceed departmental financial and unit targets. Develop territory by building local business partnerships and enhancing Comcast positioning and brand. Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required. Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partner relationships. Work with technical, customer service and support staff to ensure end-to-end sales and customer satisfaction, driving new revenue growth. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet and exceed monthly quota performance. Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to support sales efforts; adhere to company standards and professionalism. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Total Target Compensation: $105,000.00 (Base Pay: $55,000.00; potential for additional Commission). Base pay is part of Comcast's Total Rewards; benefits and commission plans vary by role. Employment Details
