Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. You will build long-lasting, service-focused, customer relationships by advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy and highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.
Business Development – Using CoStar Group’s extensive property data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business.
Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and market trends within your territory.
Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Travel – Build strong client relationships by conducting regular in-person meetings which may require travel by car and could extend beyond the driving radius of the office.
Basic Qualifications
A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial services, business intelligence or data & analytics.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with strong customer experience.
Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long-term relationships and partnerships with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.
Ability to analyze data, build reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends and performance metrics.
Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
Flexibility to adapt to a high-growth environment; self-starter who can work in a team or independently.
