We are seeking multiple dynamic and experienced Digital Media Sellers to join our team, focusing on building and strengthening relationships with major advertising agency holding companies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including CTV, OTT, and programmatic advertising, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned holding companies to achieve and exceed sales quotas. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Cadent\'s footprint and revenue. Client & Agency Relationships
Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels of the holding companies. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert consultation on how Cadent’s solutions can address their challenges and meet their KPIs. Master and effectively communicate the value proposition of Cadent’s full suite of media solutions, including our advanced TV and digital capabilities. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that articulate Cadent’s unique differentiators in the market. Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and solutions leadership, to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and provide real-time client feedback. Manage your sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting on a weekly and quarterly basis. Be a creative thinker and hunter! 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong focus on selling advanced TV, CTV/OTT, and programmatic solutions. Proven experience and established relationships with major advertising agency holding companies. A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to break down complex solutions into digestible pitches. Strong discovery and strategic-selling skills, with an ability to uncover client needs and pain points. Deep knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and data-driven advertising. Exceptional team player, interested in working as part of a highly coordinated, focused organization. Attention to delivering the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
