Cadent is seeking a Senior Director, Converged Platform Sales to join the Platform/BD Team. This position will be responsible for driving platform revenue by evangelizing Cadent’s newly launched Converged Platform to publisher and distributor marketplaces. The Converged Platform includes the three main modules: Audience (Identity Graph, CRM Onboarding, Data & Measurement Marketplace), DSP, and Aperture MX (SSP). You will be working with a team of colleagues who are recognized as industry thought leaders and forward-thinking. You’ll have opportunities to take ownership of this new role and build it into a line of business. Cadent’s Platform/BD team operates with a start-up mentality, and you will be given the opportunity to execute on a vision and contribute to the business’s success. Responsibilities

Drive new customer acquisition and new sales revenue for the Cadent Converged Platform by owning the end-to-end sales cycle for target customers in the media industry (sell-side and ecosystem). Full sales cycle to generate new Converged Platform revenue – from cold outreach, initial pitch meetings, platform demos, contractual negotiations, closing and scaling new partners. The three main modules of the Converged Platform are: Audience offerings: Identity Graph, CRM Onboarding, Audience Building, 3rd party Data Marketplace, and Measurement Marketplace DSP offerings: Reach Extensions for ad sales teams at publishers, broadcasters MVPDs, OEMs and direct marketing / addressable advertising companies SSP offerings: Selling programmatic media solutions to publishers, including Audience PMPs. Manage the complete demand facilitation process for sales activity, including prospecting, RFI/RFP responses, proposal creation/submission, order closing and servicing clients, in close collaboration with Cadent’s platform team. Develop and maintain Account Plans to organize customer touchpoints across Cadent and coordinate with other divisions to unify customer communication and negotiations. Work closely with Client Service/Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal and Engineering teams to communicate business requirements and ensure successful campaign performance from start to finish. Understand partner and customer needs to align expectations and provide feedback/market input to strengthen Cadent’s value proposition. Collaborate with the Platform leadership team and other sellers to develop weekly activity reports, Account Plans, revenue projections, KPI targets and performance goals. Maintain and update internal Cadent CRM tools and provide weekly reporting. Meet and exceed revenue goals. Qualifications

10+ years of Audience, DSP and/or SSP sales, with a focus on publishers and distribution partners. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding yearly and quarterly revenue goals. Experience prospecting, negotiating and closing Audience, DSP, and SSP based deals. Deep knowledge of the advanced TV/CTV/OTT/digital ecosystem, especially focused on Audiences, DSPs and SSPs. Strong relationships with senior decision makers at large media, entertainment, distribution and advertising technology companies. Superior presentation skills at the executive level, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience building customer relationships and developing revenue growth. Ability to navigate complex client organizations and identify key decision makers. Strategic thinking about growing annual account revenue. Strong customer and market focus with the ability to influence decision makers to take action. Adaptable in the face of constant change and able to identify solutions when faced with challenges. Self-starter capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial environment. BA/BS Degree required. Pay range: USD 150,000.00 - USD 175,000.00 / Yr.
