The Regional Outreach Manager works within a defined territory to cultivate strong, reciprocal referral relationships. We are currently hiring a Regional Outreach Manager based in Northern California in or near the East Bay or North Bay. Job Summary

The Regional Outreach Manager is often a professional provider’s first experience with Lightfully. They serve as the spokesperson and extension of the Lightfully brand and team to external professionals. They exemplify the Lightfully culture, mission, and Shining Commitments, and can articulate the Lightfully differentiators including the Lightfully clinical model and our application of our Precision Care Model. The Regional Outreach Manager works within their territory to diversify the Lightfully referent portfolio, creating the depth and breadth required to achieve performance targets in the region. They are responsible for developing and hosting networking events, professional tours, educational events, one-on-one and small group meetings, in-services, and attending conferences and other networking events. They maintain a strong local presence and travel as necessary within their region to build a breadth of partners within their territory. Major Responsibilities

Upholds and maintains the Company, mission, and values (Lightfully “Shining Commitments”). Communicate effectively with both internal and external professionals Manage and grow a regional portfolio of referral partners Create a strategic plan for maximizing brand reach and relational capital within their territory Prioritize key states/cities within the region for targeting outreach efforts Travel to key areas within the region to cultivate new relationships and nurture existing relationships Manage territory budget appropriately Plan and execute regional events Host and attend regional marketing events, dinners, and gatherings Support referral partners during the client’s admissions process Maintain data on outreach efforts and manage reports in Salesforce to demonstrate performance levels against key performance indicators Collaborate with the admissions team to capture referral data and complete urgent and consistent follow-up with referral partners during the admissions process Performs other duties as assigned Education And Skills

Bachelor’s degree or related experience, required 1+ years of sales experience within the health services industry, required Experience working in a CRM system, Salesforce preferred PC literate with proficiency in spreadsheets, database software, and word Customer-centric and demonstrated ability to identify and meet customer needs Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, staff, patients, referents, and the public Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task required The pay range for this position is $84,000-$112,000 annually.
