Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue goals • Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams to drive performance and accountability • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and internal stakeholders • Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred • 7+ years of senior-level sales leadership experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare • Proven track record of achieving sales growth in a multi-site environment • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for business purposes
