As the

Director of A/V Sales – OCCC , you’ll lead the charge in growing LMG’s venue portfolio and ensuring our partners receive unmatched service and support. Strategic Growth

– Develop and execute sales plans to expand LMG’s customer base at the OCCC Relationship Management

– Build and sustain long-term client partnerships, ensuring alignment with objectives and contracts Team Leadership

– Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team, setting goals, KPIs, and accountability standards Contract Negotiation

– Collaborate with legal and leadership to win, renew, and expand venue agreements with a focus on growth and profitability Cross-Team Collaboration

– Partner with operations, production, and marketing to deliver customized venue and client solutions Revenue Expansion

– Identify opportunities for upselling new services, upgraded technology, and enhanced production capabilities Market Presence

– Represent LMG at conferences, client events, and industry gatherings to strengthen brand leadership Data-Driven Insights

– Analyze trends, forecasts, and performance data to guide executive reporting and decision-making What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or venue partnerships, with 3+ years in a leadership role Proven ability in strategic sales leadership and team development Expertise in contract negotiation, forecasting, and client relationship management Excellent communication skills, including presentation and storytelling abilities Flexibility to travel up to 10% Why Join LMG?
