Conduct comprehensive research, analysis, and project planning to deeply understand sales team business requirements, ensuring precise alignment and successful project outcomes. Execute strategic sourcing initiatives, including developing sourcing strategies, conducting competitive events (RF(x), auctions, reverse auctions), evaluating supplier capabilities, and mitigating supplier risk specifically in sales-related categories. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual conditions pertinent to sales enablement, collaborating closely with legal, privacy, risk management, and other functional experts as needed. Ensure compliance through rigorous execution of compliance protocols, detailed documentation, and management of contracts, maintaining adherence to corporate policies. Serve as primary contact for managing supplier relationships in the sales category, addressing and resolving escalations to drive optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales leadership, Category Management, and other Business Units to craft strategic category plans, prioritize essential initiatives, and effectively manage sourcing project pipelines tailored to sales. Innovate and lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing sales efficiency, improving customer experiences, and driving organizational effectiveness. Develop and document comprehensive internal sourcing playbooks, processes, and procedures specific to sales sourcing. Identify gaps and continuously improve internal processes and documentation. Continuously develop your own professional skills, taking initiative, expanding your sourcing and contracting expertise, and building robust industry relationships, demonstrating both a strong desire to learn and capability to source across diverse categories related to sales enablement.
