As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you will join our growing team in San Francisco and play a critical role in building top-of-funnel pipeline for Blinq’s growing sales engine. You’ll be responsible for identifying, prioritising, and prospecting into both warm and cold leads across key verticals. You’ll be the first point of contact for future Blinq customers — your job is to spark curiosity, build trust, and book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers, fueling AE pipelines in both San Francisco and New York. You’ll engage C-level and VP-level buyers, navigating both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) personas, and executing outreach across multiple channels - from cold calls, to personalised emails, to LinkedIn messages. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-velocity startup environment, is energised by outbound prospecting, and brings hunger, hustle, grit, and strategic thinking to every interaction. What You'll Do
Drive pipeline creation by identifying, researching, and engaging target accounts and key decision-makers across multiple verticals Prospect across multiple channels — cold calls, email, LinkedIn, video — to generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the AE team Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that resonates with both ATL and BTL personas, especially Executive and VP-level buyers Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to execute account-based strategies, align on qualification criteria, and deliver a seamless handoff Maintain clean pipeline and data hygiene in Hubspot Surface insights from your conversations to help inform messaging, ICP, and GTM strategy Test and refine outreach strategies — what works, what doesn’t, and why — and contribute to playbooks that scale What You'll Bring
1–2 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment A proven ability to break into mid-market & enterprise accounts, build pipeline, and exceed activity/meeting quotas Hunger and resilience — you thrive on rejection, iterate fast, and push for improvement every day Excellent communication skills — you can write crisp, engaging messages and hold compelling conversations with senior stakeholders Strong commercial instincts — you understand what makes a lead high-quality and how to connect pain to value Familiarity with Blinq\'s tool stack - Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, ZoomInfo A team-first mentality — you’re collaborative, coachable, and fired up to build something special with a close-knit crew What You Get
