The Senior Director Finance is an integral role on the O&T Production and Operations finance team. This position is responsible for all RCO Production Costs (~$100M OCF) in support of TODAY, Tonight Show, Late Night, SNL, The Kelly Clarkson Show, NBC News Now, Peacock, and ad hoc production programming. This role provides the unique opportunity to gain a solid understanding of NBCU operations through daily exposure/interaction with O&T operational teams as well as the greater O&T finance and NBCU finance organizations. The scope includes ownership of the overall cost base as well as management of the allocation process to NBCU businesses/segments. Responsibilities

Own monthly and quarterly close processes through timely/accurate pacing updates, variance analysis, journal entries, expense accruals, allocations, and other necessary closing activities Own key financial deliverables across planning cycles (LRP, Budget, Quarterly Estimates) and related analysis for P&L, Capital and Balance Sheet Create, update, and maintain operating models to assist with monthly forecasting, budgeting, and reporting (headcount, close packages, pacings) Partner with FP&A to perform variance, trend, and KPI analysis across the O&T Portfolio Prepare monthly / quarterly presentations for senior executives and leaders including preparation of monthly operating review decks and supporting documents Integrate into RCO teams to support cost management from an operational and financial perspective Lead a team of 3 finance professionals Qualifications

7+ years of finance experience Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance/accounting (MBA, CPA a plus) Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Senior Management Exceptional experience in developing and reporting business performance metrics Proven experience of financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting Must be proficient with MS Office Suite products – particularly advanced excel skills and PowerPoint Proven experience as a people-leader, with a track record for selecting and developing high-performing talent This position has been designated as hybrid, currently contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. As of January 5th, 2026, this role will transition to a minimum of four days per week in the office to align with NBCU’s updated in-office schedule. Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (bonus & LTI eligible).
