to oversee its worldwide lease accounting operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting under US GAAP, maintaining compliance with internal controls, and leading a team of professionals. The position offers a

will provide leadership and technical expertise for the lease accounting function, ensuring consistent application of

and related standards across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:

and related standards across the enterprise. Develop, maintain, and enforce lease accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency. Review and interpret complex lease contracts, offering technical accounting guidance and ensuring proper classification, measurement, and disclosure. Oversee lease-related journal entries, reconciliations, and internal reporting during monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the company’s lease accounting software. Partner cross-functionally with departments such as Real Estate, Legal, FP&A, Fleet, Logistics, and IT to ensure accurate lease data capture and compliance with agreements. Prepare and review lease-related financial disclosures and audit deliverables; coordinate with internal and external auditors. Manage and develop a global team of lease accountants, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive initiatives for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements to optimize lease accounting operations. Monitor emerging accounting guidance and implement necessary updates to policies and practices. Act as the primary resource for senior finance leadership on lease accounting matters, as well as during M&A or divestiture activities. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, with demonstrated expertise in lease accounting and US GAAP preferred. Supervisory experience managing accounting teams is highly desirable. Experience with lease accounting software (FinQuery or similar) preferred. Strong technical accounting skills, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and apply accounting standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present complex information to leadership. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The base pay range for this position is $125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr, with additional compensation types including Annual Bonus and RSUs.
