Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations (GTIO)

team, whose mission is to deliver modern and relevant technology that supports the way McDonald’s works. GTIO provides best-in-class foundational technology products and services including Global Networking, Cloud, End User Computing, and IT Service Management. The

Sr. Manager, End User Computing

plays a critical role within the

End User Infrastructure and Operations (EUIO)

team. Reporting to the Director of End User Computing, this leader will oversee the strategic and tactical management of endpoint devices—including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices—ensuring alignment with business needs and technical solutions. Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for endpoint device management across the enterprise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint devices with productivity and security platforms. Translate business needs into scalable IT processes and technical solutions. Drive adoption of modern management tools, cloud services, automation, and AI capabilities. Define product goals and key metrics; analyze customer behavior to identify new opportunities. Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to implementation and support. Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira; lead agile ceremonies. Validate testing outcomes and production releases; ensure quality and compliance. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across global teams and executive leadership. Apply design thinking to solve complex customer challenges with innovative solutions. Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience

including but not limited to: At least 3+ years of experience leading a team , preferably in a global or matrixed environment. Proven experience with

modern device management tools

such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Jamf, Tanium, or similar. Hands-on experience managing

Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Apple macOS

in large enterprise environments. Strong understanding of

foundational technologies

including Active Directory, Entra, group policies, configuration and compliance policies. Experience managing

enterprise applications

such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, Oracle, and others. Experience with data loss prevention (DLP)

technologies is preferred. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills across global teams. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to drive decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical products and influence outcomes. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering simple, relevant experiences. The expected salary range for this role is $129,800 - $165,490 per year. This position offers health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, adoption assistance program, educational assistance program, flexible ways of working, and time off policies (including sick leave, parental leave, and vacation/PTO).
