Sales Director Job Overview As an early stage, mission-driven startup with a rapid growth trajectory, Natrx is seeking our first dedicated sales leader to build and scale our revenue-generating capabilities. We are hiring a Sales Director to improve upon and further build the foundation for our go-to-market strategy. This is a hands-on, strategic role perfect for a mid-career sales professional ready to build something from the ground up. You’ll develop and execute our sales process, identify and close high-impact deals, and help define how Natrx engages with key customers across sectors that include energy, government, engineering services, coastal infrastructure, and environmental restoration. This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven company at an inflection point — and to directly shape how we grow. Responsibilities & Duties

Sales Strategy & Execution Design and implement a scalable sales process from lead generation through close. Develop clear segmentation and prioritization of target markets. Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities. Build customer relationships that lead to repeatable, long-term business. Revenue Growth Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Identify and pursue appropriate RFP opportunities. Lead and / or contribute to the proposal process for complex or custom projects. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to scope projects effectively. Contribute to account management strategy and customer feedback loops. Drive account penetration and expansion. Improve and manage CRM and sales reporting systems. Create sales playbooks, email templates, pitch decks, and other collateral. Shape our early sales culture and help hire and lead future team members. Qualifications & Skills

Experience 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience in technical, consultative, or infrastructure-related fields. Experience selling to engineering firms, government entities, or industries that deal with coastal or marine infrastructure is a big plus. Track record of closing deals >$250K in value.
