Demand Generation Manager, Sales Enablement Focus Centercode is seeking a Demand Generation Manager, Sales Enablement Focus. As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be the engine that fuels Centercode’s growth— generating awareness that turns curiosity into conversations, conversations into opportunities, and opportunities into evangelists. You’ll own and optimize the earliest stage of our revenue funnel, building programs that spark interest, and convert inbound leads into qualified meetings. You'll also manage our communities and mobilize Centercode Advocates. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and partners, you’ll craft scalable initiatives and arm our teams with the tools and resources they need to accelerate pipeline progression.

What You'll Do

Demand Generation: Design and manage HubSpot multi-channel campaigns driving MQLs and pipeline growth, supporting ABM campaign frameworks and owning pipeline growth by optimizing lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and conversion metrics

Program Execution: Coordinate lead engagement around Centercode\'s online communities and events, including trade shows, summits, webinars, and LinkedIn Live, ensuring optimized Hubspot sequences and proper lead routing, and managing onboarding for sales enablement

Sales Enablement Content: Create and maintain sales enablement materials including: Persona-based messaging and talk tracks, ROI one-pagers, case studies, and customer success stories

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Marketing to define enablement needs across prospecting, qualification, and closing stages

What You Need to Do the Job

4+ years experience in B2B demand generation, with at least 2 years in sales enablement or a closely aligned role

Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and qualification frameworks

Experience converting leads to opportunities in the SaaS space

Excellent writing, research, and communication skills for lead conversion

A self-starting mindset for building new processes from scratch

CRM Proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience with AI tools

What\'ll Give You An Edge

Prior experience in beta testing, insights, or crowdsource technology space

Strong knowledge of marketing automation workflows and advanced HubSpot capabilities

Experience partnering directly with sales teams to design campaigns that accelerate pipeline velocity

Success with engaging communities with content and events

Proven success driving multi-channel demand campaigns with measurable ROI

A background in data-driven marketing

Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
