The Opportunity

Hint Inc., a leading unsweetened flavored water brand, seeks an experienced Foodservice Sales Regional Account Manager to develop our Foodservice Sales Channel in the Eastern U.S. This role supports Hint's sales strategy through product development, customer and wholesaler growth, and executing expansion initiatives. The Foodservice business includes OCS, airports, hospitals, vending, restaurants, universities, hotels, and legacy DSD Foodservice support. The position collaborates with local sales leaders, customers, brokers, distributors, and wholesalers to identify expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities include market development, customer management, GPO management, distribution expansion, distributor development, sales planning, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. A successful candidate will have a proven sales record in the Eastern U.S. Food Service channel. What You Will Do

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue in the foodservice sector across the East Build relationships with Foodservice contractors (e.g., Compass, Aramark), key accounts, and legacy distributors Identify new business opportunities to increase market share Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align on product offerings and promotional strategies Manage distributor partnerships to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities Conduct business reviews with key accounts for performance assessment and improvements Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead Support regional sales forecasts, reporting, and analysis for the Sr. Director, Foodservice Participate in trade shows, events, and customer meetings to promote Hint Work with the sales team to meet regional goals Requirements

3-5 years experience in distributor/supplier management within foodservice Strong relationships with key decision-makers in the market (e.g., Aramark, hotels, restaurants, colleges) 4-year college degree preferred; experience considered Ability to prioritize and work independently Results-driven with adaptability to change Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM Polished sales and presentation skills Ability to coach, motivate, and influence others Strong analytical and strategic skills Benefits
