Sales Director – Senior Living is seeking a Sales Director – Senior Living who values contributions and supports growth throughout independent living, assisted living, supportive living, and memory care communities in Charlottesville, VA. Pay Details: $60K – $70K + commission opportunity Shift Details: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Responsibilities
Responsible for managing community census by initiating and maintaining relations with community organizations, hospitals, and other referral sources to generate admissions to the community Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree At least one year of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, or real estate Knowledge of the workings and operation of the long-term care industry Genuine interest in caring for seniors or improving the lives of seniors Able to achieve community census goals and annual budget projections. Specifically, generate leads, schedule tours, advance the sales process, and meet daily/weekly/monthly goals Benefits
