Base pay range : $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Additional compensation types : Annual Bonus Note : This range is provided by RMC | A Destination Management Company. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. What You’ll Do
Support Sales & Ops Teams:
Keep the daily engine running—assist with logistics, supply orders, maintenance, scheduling, billing support, and out-of-office coverage. Be Event-Ready:
Support event execution and site inspections, create polished manuals and agendas, and ensure the little details aren’t missed. Own Vendor Relationships:
Be the go-to for local vendors—keep information up-to-date, research new options, test products, and negotiate. Elevate the Client Experience:
Contribute to RMC-hosted events from ideation to execution, bringing creativity and organization to every touchpoint. Drive Innovation:
Pitch new services, experiences, and suppliers to keep RMC ahead in luxury destination management. What You Bring
1+ years of hospitality, administration, or event experience Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills A natural problem-solver with a client-first mindset Tech fluency—Microsoft Office, cloud-based systems, smartphones Ability to physically assist with event prep and execution (must lift up to 25 lbs and assist with stairs or site setups) A valid driver’s license and a collaborative, go-getter attitude Previous DMC or luxury hospitality experience Proficiency in managing site tours and/or on-site events Creative mindset for pitching new event ideas and vendors Location note : Please note candidates must reside in Laguna Beach, CA or the daily commutable vicinity.
