Our client is seeking a collaborative and experienced
Sr. Analyst, SAP MM (CO-MAN)
to support and enhance enterprise-wide Co-Manufacturing processes within their U.S. business operations. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business process expertise and technical proficiency to design, implement, and evaluate scalable SAP solutions—specifically within the domains of Material Management (MM), Transportation, and Intercompany processes in Co-Manufacturing (CO-MAN) environments. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver support and enhancement solutions across multiple SAP MM areas, including: Stock transfer orders Inbound and outbound logistics Subcontracting EDI integrations Material inventory and consumption Direct and indirect procurement Integration with PM, SD, QM, and PP modules Provide functional expertise in SAP MM with a strong focus on CO-MAN processes, including: Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order lifecycle PO acknowledgment, shipping notifications, and stock transfers (STO and sales orders) Warehouse operations (including shipping, pick and pack, and adjustments) Goods receipt (GR), post goods issue (PGI), and PO modifications Outbound and inbound document handling Ensure integration with cross-functional modules such as PM, PP, PS, QM, and FI/CO Utilize SAP Ariba for sourcing and contract management Work within an SAP S/4HANA environment, including FIORI applications Develop and manage custom enhancements using BADI’s, user exits, and custom reporting tools Provide ongoing support through break/fix resolution, testing, and transport to production Create comprehensive documentation including business process definitions, functional specifications, test scripts, and deployment plans Participate in cost analysis and financial integration activities Coordinate enhancement request intake and liaise with business stakeholders and senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and Warehouse Management At least 5 years of experience working in CO-MAN within large-scale enterprise environments Industry experience in manufacturing or consumer goods preferred Strong understanding of EDI and third-party logistics system integration Knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with ticketing systems and project management tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently manage priorities Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong communication skills High level of professional integrity and alignment with client values Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Analyst
