Role: BA and Senior QE
Location: Onsite/USA
Job Summary -
We are looking for a Business Analyst and Senior Quality Engineer with a minimum of 13-15 years' experience in Insurance & Reinsurance.
Years of experience needed - 13-15 Years
Technical Skills: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders in the Insurance & Reinsurance domain. Work closely with product owners, solution architects, and technical teams to define and refine solutions. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives. Create detailed BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), and user stories. Support the development and QA teams during design, development, and testing phases. Perform data analysis to derive business insights and validate business rules. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand and document requirements. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs. Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation within BFSI processes
