Job Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills to drive effective decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that project objectives align with business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.
- Assist in the development of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes.
- Proven expertise as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and visual representations of business processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering techniques and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools.
