Growing PE-backed multi-site healthcare organization seeking a Finance Director to join their team with potential growth to CFO. Location in Dallas with 4 locations in Texas and plans to expand. Hybrid work schedule. Salary range around $150,000 per year plus equity and growth opportunities. Responsibilities
Primary FP&A owner and manage outsourced accounting & RCM vendors Report directly to the CFO with data-driven financial insights to support strategic growth Implement and monitor organizational KPIs across departments Develop data-driven financial modeling and analyses to inform strategic decisions Provide enterprise-wide financial storytelling at department, location, and corporate levels Optimize labor, systems, vendors, and cost centers Support corporate development and M&A activities (front and back end) Provide clear financial reporting and insights to the CEO and PE partners Manage physician compensation analyses Supervise and grow the finance department and outsourced teams (accounting and RCM) Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field 5+ years of FP&A experience 3+ years of financial leadership experience Multi-site healthcare experience Experience in PE-backed environments Strong modeling and analytical skills Preferred
