Design and maintain a centralized knowledge management (KM) framework to support institutional knowledge capture, process transparency, and workflow continuity. Develop and curate KM products including SOPs, decision memos, workflows, process maps, and training repositories. Manage collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) to enable secure and efficient information sharing across stakeholders. Align KM strategies with cybersecurity and mission assurance priorities, ensuring reusable assets are version-controlled and accessible. Support live dashboards and reporting mechanisms for KM metrics using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. Catalog, index, and manage the storage and access of explicit organizational knowledge (e.g., documents, files) to make it easily discoverable. Understand the needs of information end-users and construct access paths (e.g., link pages) to facilitate their access to information. Track and report on the usage of knowledge management assets and resources to improve the framework and support. Integrate KM activities into daily operations and conduct training and outreach to implement and sustain established KM goals and objectives. Develop and maintain framework to assess KM readiness and training supporting ongoing command and staff functions. Participate in exercise planning meetings and conferences to coordinate and develop actions and events for exercise participation to stimulate KM training objectives. Maintain open lines of communication with distributed network of supported government customers to facilitate feedback and troubleshooting of knowledge management challenges. Contribute to brainstorming meetings and development of new ideas related to improved knowledge management practices in support of designated government customers. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or business-related programs 3+ years of experience in knowledge management or records management, technical documentation or business analysis Baseline and Full Computing Environment Certifications for IAT-II IAW DoD 8570.01-M (Security+ certification) desired Must have active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS with SCI eligibility. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong understanding of KM principles and collaboration technologies (SharePoint, Teams) Experience working in secure or classified environments preferred Background in federal or DoD IT, cyber, or program environments a plus Familiarity with records management and governance standards High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle) and hybrid cloud environments Program Management Certification desired Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, CISA, or CISM desired Experience using collaborative tools Experience implementing KM methodologies that improved efficiencies or eliminated waste Experience developing customized dashboards on SharePoint with linked data sources Experience extracting, transforming, and structuring data to support exploratory analytics and operational reporting Strong creative and visual storytelling skills with an eye for design, usability, and user experience Ability to deliver information using data visualization tools that enable quick data understanding and action Knowledge and experience with data analysis, data management, engineering, and science Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and within a team Ability to work effectively in a team environment to encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Ability to meet minimum clearance requirements Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required Ability to travel up to 10% How You'll Grow
