Job Title: Cold Dock Forklift Driver (1st Shift)

Location: Clifton, NJ

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $22 an hour

Direct Hire position

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cold Dock Forklift Driver to join our Clients in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating both reach trucks and sit-down forklifts in cold storage/dock settings. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently handling inbound and outbound products while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate reach truck and forklift to load, unload, move, and stack products in cold dock areas.

Safely transport pallets, materials, and inventory throughout the facility.

Stage, organize, and prepare products for shipping and receiving.

Perform accurate inventory checks and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and warehouse policies.

Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience operating reach truck and forklift in a warehouse setting.

Cold storage/dock experience preferred.

Valid forklift certification a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold temperatures.
