Openshift - Container Platform - OCP Engineer
Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift - Container Platform (OCP) clusters primarily, OpenShift Virtualization massive plus. Strong on-prem experience deploying OCP. 5+ years experience as a Systems Administrator or Cloud Engineer. Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift OCP (v4.12+ preferred), including cluster operations and administration. 5+ years experience with VMware vSphere. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift and related tools (e.g., GitLab CI). Develop automation scripts for cluster provisioning and maintenance (Ansible, Helm, etc.). Monitor OpenShift clusters for performance, scalability, and reliability. Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues related to OpenShift and container workloads. Maintain and upgrade OpenShift clusters and components. Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, platform, and container levels. Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to support containerized workloads and microservices. Document systems architecture, configurations, and migration processes.
