Position Overview/Responsibilities for the OpenShift Engineer:
Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) clusters, with a focus on on-premise environments. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift and related tools, such as GitLab CI. Develop automation scripts for cluster provisioning and maintenance using tools like Ansible and Helm. Monitor and troubleshoot OpenShift clusters to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to support containerized workloads and microservices. Required Skills for OpenShift Engineer:
Extensive hands-on experience with OpenShift OCP (v4.12+ preferred) and VMware vSphere. Proven track record as a Systems Administrator or Cloud Engineer with at least 5 years of experience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
