Utilizing your in-depth industry knowledge and hands on experience, develop talent and organizational capabilities across Sales, Category Leadership and Marketing.**Skills and Experience:**15+ years of Brand Management experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry (Marketing, Category Leadership, Commercial/Sales), or suitable combination of education and experience10+ years of P&L ownership, or suitable combination of education and experienceDeep knowledge of Category Leadership; synthesizing multiple/external data sources into compelling customer/channel accounts plans delivering consistent growth and Omnichannel impactRecent Marketing leadership experience encompassing brand, portfolio management, Omnichannel platforms and innovation/design thinkingWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hearStooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job dutiesAbility to travel independently to customers and navigate Lamb Weston manufacturing facilities and ag farm locations while on company or customer tours Deep market knowledge, including consumer behavior, competitive analysis, and category trends, to inform strategies and deliver impactful results across the organization.Develop a knowledge of portfolio and product brand structure to effectively design and oversee portfolio strategy, project execution, and initiatives to drive portfolio optimization.
