It's more than identifying talent it's attracting and delivering them Job Title: Analyst / Associate (Credit Deal Team) Location: Westchester, CT Company: Confidential Structured Finance Firm Reports To: VP of Credit Hybrid (in office 4 days a week) Our client is a specialty finance company that serves all corporate America and provides alternative, structured financing to companies allowing them to free up liquidity on their balance sheet. Its leadership team is comprised of insurance, investment and legal veterans with extensive experience in their respective disciplines. Responsibilities

Assist in origination and execution of specialty lending transactions for domestic, foreign, public and private entities Perform comprehensive financial, actuarial, and mathematical modeling and analysis Participate in due diligence process on customer financial, business, and actuarial profiles, including, a thorough evaluation of key transaction risk factors Assisting in write-up of financing and underwriting memoranda Manage and execute tasks encompassing valuation, accounting and other technical issues with regard to deal transactions Monitor, analyze, and report on the financial evolution of each portfolio company and on the overall lending book Calculate and suggest revisions (as applicable) to clients’ risk grades using the Company’s internal risk grading model and standards Assisting in various other tasks related to transactions Required Skills

Educated to an undergraduate degree level or higher in a related field Excellent corporate financing, accounting and financial modeling skills Proven full-time work experience in a related field (minimum 3 years) Banking / Insurance experience is a plus Able to produce client-ready written materials and present these in a measured, clear and articulate way Results-oriented with excellent organizational, planning and project management skills Proactive and flexible personality, able to work and thrive in a start-up environment Outstanding interpersonal skillset and ability to effectively coordinate and contribute to a team effort, including, coordinating with other junior team members, communicating with senior management on all levels and seamlessly working with legal counsel, advisors and clients
