Small real estate company seeking a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager. Will train 2-3 days per week in office, then mostly remote. Must be based in Colorado. 95k-110k base plus other incentives.

Ideal candidate will have have both public accounting and real estate experience.

Financial Management:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. Manage budgeting and forecasting, providing accurate financial projections. Monitor and reconcile bank accounts. Manage the accounting for multiple real estate properties within the Yardi software and QuickBooks Track rental income, expenses, and

property taxes. Prepare property-specific financial reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with 2 years in real estate. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, QuickBooks). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
