As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses with dedicated classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. You will learn foundational skills to be an advisor—acquiring, building and managing client relationships, evaluating a client’s financial picture, and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives while humanizing financial interactions. After achieving key milestones, you will work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care, with continued development through the stages. Upon demonstrated success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you may progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II to further grow and deepen relationships within a client portfolio. The Academy provides dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. This text includes information about licensing, development, and progression paths within Bank of America and Merrill, as well as the SAFE Act requirements for residential loan mortgage originations. Responsibilities

• Build a successful career at Bank of America through world-class training and onboarding programs. • Receive training and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers who are invested in your success. • Grow knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to identify needs and appropriate solutions. • Build your network starting at a financial center, interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients to grow your business. • Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals and life priorities. • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions to meet their financial needs. Required Qualifications

Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions. Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast-paced environment. Executes multiple tasks simultaneously. Learns and adapts to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience Skills

40 Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $28.85 - $33.65 hourly (offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set). This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
