Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist – Process Improvement (Hybrid, $37/hr)
Pay & Schedule:
$37/hr, paid weekly Shift: 9 AM – 3 PM EST, Monday–Friday (flexible) Hybrid: 2 days onsite in Louisville, KY + 3 days remote

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update process flow diagrams using Visio Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manuals in Word or Scribe Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions Document current vs. desired state workflows and process improvements Support healthcare revenue cycle initiatives by gathering requirements and aligning solutions with business goals
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in business process improvement or healthcare revenue cycle Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and follow-through Proficiency with swimlane process flows and SOP creation/editing Ability to work independently with clear objectives and deliverables Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Scribe (preferred, not required)
